Some updates!!!
Hey everybody,
I guess, I should write some more sentences about what happened and what's gonna happen in my life!

Tallinn VI:
Back in August I went back to Estonia for a short vacation. I just can say, it was great! Didn't do so much, mainly visited friends. The weather was ok, one day it rained, but the others it was sunny and warm. Not like in July, when it was around 35°C, but ok.
I met Katharina, this days have been her last days in Tallinn, she also had to go back after one year of working as a volunteer in a daycare centre for disabled youngsters. I think, she was really sad to leave the country, but now she will move to Freiburg and start studying social work there. We spend a ot of time togehter in Tallinn, also this days, we met in OldTown, went to Cafe Kehrwieder, up to the tower of Raekoda (townhall) and had a bbq together at Rainer's place.
As I worte, I wanted to go to KUMU, but due to the weather I went to the botanic gardens instead. Havn't been there so fare. So KUMU next time! ;)
I also went with some estonian friends rowing on Pirita jõgi (river). This was real fun! beautiful nature and we could also see the ruins of Brigitta monastery in Pirita.
And I met a lot of friends, like Guillaume and Antoine from France And TFTAK-friends. One day I went to the lab, where I worked in. Kerti, the girl, who went to Canada is back in Estonia, so we had to exchange a lot of gossip!!! I really missed her! We went to Kompressor for pancakes to continue our chat. I also met Matthias, the swiss guy I travelled with again on evening in Tallinn, we went to Beerhouse and had a great dinner. And good beers for sure!
All in all, it was an amazing trip!

Prague for a weekend:
With our foreign trainees here at my University we had a trip to the capitel of Czech Republic. We have been 10 persons in total, I guess it was the right amount for such a trip. We started Friday evening with a busride of 6 hours towards Prague. As the bus was already 1.5 hours late in Munich, we got over the waiting with having some Bacardi-Coke and some VanaTallinn! I slept nearly the whole trip, just at the border , where we stop for ages, I woke up! When we arrived in the morning in Praha, we wnet to our hostel, which was in the middle of the old town and got some breakfast there. At first we had a guided city tour for 4(!!!) hours, we had to walk a lot! But we saw all the interersting sights and got a real good overview over the city. So that the ones who wanted to see some places more in detail, could experience the city by them selfes. We went to a beerhouse for lunch and we had 10€ for each person for lunch, which is quite a lot for Prague. It's really cheap there. So we had good food and good beers. But then we had a little trouble, Pawel, our polish guy, bit on a bullet, which was in his pheasant! And badly it happend that half of his one tooth cracked! So we went to the dentist, in Czech Republic, on Saturday afternoon! That was fun! At least Pawel could manage to understand the dentists (there were 3!!!) some how in polish!!! After taht fun, we went back to th ehostel, where the others already gathered for night-activities! We went back to the city, walked a bit, went up the tele-tower, bought a bottle of cheap wodka and something to mix with and were supposed to meet some trainees from IAESTE Prague. We were late for 30 min, but it didn't matter, because they were late for 1.5 hours!!! Then we went to a pub, had some beers and went on to a club! We went back to the hostel at 4 o'clock! And had to check out at 10:00!!! Another night with short sleep! Then everybody could do what ever he wanted! Some went to a museum, some in the city, I also went to the city, back to some nice places, wrote some postcards on Karls-bridge and also went up the tower with the astronomical clock, had a nice view over the market place, were a midieval market took place at this Sunday. It rreminded me of Tallinn, the tower, the market...! At noon we met again to spend another 10€ each for lunch! This time we made it without any accidents!!!
After that I went to the airport, I flew back (had to work next morning and the bus was supposed to be back in Munich at 5!) and the others went to a shopping mall!!!
So, I can really suggest everyone to go to Prague, it's a nice city, with beautiful sights and cool nightlife! It's really cheap (beer: under 2 €, even at the touristic-places!). It's worth to go there for a weekend-trip! You will get a good overview over the city.
I had a lot of fun and hope to go on another trip quite soon!
And thank you Birgitta for organizing everything and making this trip happen like it was! thanks a lot for your efforts!

Preparing for Oktoberfest:
In Freising, where I live was Volksfest last 10 days! It's basically the same than Oktoberfest jkust a smaller version. There is only 1 beer-tent and it's a bit smaller than at Oktoberfest. Ok, in bavarian we call oktoberfest "Wiesn", it's a bit shorter and sounds better, so I will use this from now! I went several times to Volksfest here to prepare myself for Wiesn, it's fun and you have to get used to the glases, they only have 1l of beer there. Now it's over and on Saturday Wiesn starts! Yippie!!!

Pope is coming to town:
Yeah it's true! As you know the pope is german and he is from Bavaria as well. At the moment he is touring through Bavaria to see all the places where he lived, worked or which were somehow important for his life. And due to taht he was bishop of Munich and Freising, he will come to Freising this week! He will pass the mainstreet in his Papamobil, so he will come by my house, nearly! I think there will be so many people in the city then, but I really have to go and see him! I guess, you only have the chance to see the pope once in your lifetime!

I guess, it's enough inforation at the moment!
Don't want to hear any questions about the on-going of my thesis! Wrong subject at the moment!!!
So take care everybody!
Aloha
